I am at the right place, at the right time, right now. I develop programs and strategies to help individuals and organizations tap into greater Creativity, Passion, and Purpose. After mentoring hundreds of young leaders, launching businesses, and managing teams I have learned the power of passion. When people feel in alignment with their actions, passion takes over and gives the average person the ability to access their super human potential. In my current research, I am attempting to answer questions about how new media and traditional media, especially videogames and film, elicit emotions. Why do different media tend to elicit different kinds of emotions? Why are some emotional responses widespread while others vary among particular audiences?
